The “ETI SERDITEC” hardware is fully guaranteed for a year's time, with on-site repair service included. To obtain the top performance form the hardware, you can upgrade the basic coverage or extend the lasting time of the service. You can change the service type at any time.

All changes in service coverage time, which enhance the service plan features, are made valid in the moment the upgraded contract is signed. The time extension always includes the basic guarantee period. The sooner you upgrade your coverage, the better .

When the basic guarantee or the upgraded service plan expire, Serditec Support Service will still be at your disposal, charging in account of time or materials. You can renew your plan at any time.
